What qualifies for our Price Match?

The competing vehicle must be like-for-like. This means it must have:

• The same year, make, model and trim level
• The same transmission, engine and drivetrain (FWD, AWD or 4WD)
• The same factory options and packages
• The same exterior and interior colour, where applicable
• The same vehicle condition: brand-new, not a demonstrator, loaner or previously registered vehicle
• Current in-stock status and availability for immediate delivery

The competing offer must also:

• Be from an authorized Canadian franchised dealership
• Be supported by a written quotation, purchase agreement or publicly advertised offer
• Include all mandatory dealer fees and charges
• Be presented before you purchase or take delivery of your vehicle from us

Our promise

If the vehicle and offer meet all of the above criteria, we will:

• Match the competitor's qualifying selling price
• Clearly explain any verified reason the offer does not qualify for a match

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Demonstrator, executive, loaner or previously registered vehicles
• Used or certified pre-owned vehicles
• Fleet, employee, supplier or preferred pricing programs
• Manufacturer employee pricing
• Private sales
• Auction or wholesale pricing
• Clearance, liquidation or limited-quantity loss-leader vehicles
• Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
• Vehicles that are not currently in stock or available for immediate purchase
• Offers involving accident-history vehicles or vehicles with prior registration
• Accessories, aftermarket products, finance-rate subsidies, protection packages, warranties, insurance products or trade-in values, unless included on the same basis in both offers

Eligibility: Open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of The 401 Group of Companies and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period: The contest begins when the entry form is made available and closes at 11:59 PM ET on July 25, 2026.

How to Enter: Complete and submit the online entry form with your first name, last name, email and mobile phone number. Limit one (1) entry per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize: One (1) $1,500 gas gift card. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. No cash equivalent, substitutions, or trades will be offered.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place after the conclusion of the Rally in the Valley Summer Sales Event. The winner will be contacted by email or phone using the information provided at the time of entry.

Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Pembroke Nissan and The 401 Group of Companies, which are final and binding. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time without notice. The sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or misdirected entries, or circumstances beyond its control.

Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Pembroke Nissan, The 401 Group of Companies, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the contest or the prize.
